Specific requests

Things that need a particular route

Telling us we got it wrong

Tell us when we get it wrong. Complaints go on a register, get an owner and a date, and are reviewed by the board — including complaints about us rather than about a service.

  • You can complain anonymously, though it limits what we can fix
  • We acknowledge within two business days and respond within twenty-one
  • If you are not satisfied, we will tell you which external body to escalate to

Asking for your records

If you were in our care, those files are yours to read. Most people ask years afterwards, which is entirely usual and needs no explanation.

  • Tell us the name you were known by and the approximate years
  • We will explain what exists, what is redacted and why, before you receive it
  • Support is available to read them with someone, if you want that

Legal process

Serve subpoenas and summonses on the registered entity, ACME Community Services Ltd, at the address below.

  • Address for service: 12 Civic Way, Parramatta NSW 2150
  • Attention: Company Secretary
  • Conduct money and reasonable time for compliance, please

Coming back to us

If you were with us before and things have got hard again, you can come back. There is no expiry on that and no need to explain the gap.

  • Call the intake line and say you were with us before
  • We will find your worker if they are still here, and a new one if they are not
Anything else

Send us a message

For general questions. If you are making a referral, telling us we got something wrong, or asking for your records, the routes above reach the right team faster.
